    Which style suits your child? Here’s a quick guide to what each one is best for.

    • Legionnaire Sun Hat - Best for babies and hat haters. Extra coverage for neck, ears and face. Soft and lightweight for pram and carrier.
    • Toddler Bucket Hat - Best for babies to 3 yrs. Soft, flexible hat that stays on while they play. Perfect for daycare and park trips.
    • Classic Bucket Hat - Best for 2 yrs+. Easy to wear, easy to pack, great for Kinder and weekends.
    • Ponytail Bucket Hat - Best for 2 yrs+ with long hair. Comfy ponytail opening at the back.
    • Kids Swim Hat - Same great fit for beach & pool. Chlorine-resistant, quick-dry.

  • One fact you can be sure of - no two heads are the same! Always measure your child's head before purchasing.

    Here's a quick guide:

    1. Distract the child with a toy or food (so they don't try and help you!)

    2. Use a soft measuring tape or a ribbon (then a ruler) to measure the child's head

    3. Purchase the size closest to your child's measurement - our hats stretch up to 4cm.

    Example: A child measuring 41cm needs the 42cm size, which stretches to 46cm for future wear. Sizing up would be too large and could block their vision.

  • We understand that sometimes everything seems to go wrong. 

    Don't stress - we accept returns of new unworn items with tags still attached for the exchange of a different size/style or refund if required. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to organise a return.

    TO RETURN: Please notify us by email to request a return - contactus@bedheadhats.com.au. Remember to include details of the product you wish to exchange and the replacement you want. You will be given delivery details to post back the item (at your cost).

    Store credits are not available. Exchanges and returns are permitted on SALE or discounted items, but conditions do apply. View full returns policy here.

    Sale items priced $20 or less are considered Clearance items and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to change of mind, size, colour or print. This is in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC.
